Three lakes surrounded by lush tropical greenery, waterfalls, numerous other water features and interesting garden sculptures add to the attractions. Offices, research facilities and classrooms of the Botany Centre are located in the Tanglin Core area where Singapore’s first green roof with plants sprouting on it can be seen. Expansion plans include a Healing Garden, Fragrant Garden, Terrace Garden and Foliage Valley.
